Carbon Ti products are guaranteed to be free from defects for 2 years from the date of purchase by the first owner.
Without recommended periodic or special maintenance, the warranty will become void.
In the event of a defect, Carbon Ti will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the identified defective part. If the defect is acceptable, the defect must be communicated to Carbon Ti (through the distributor/importer)
If a Carbon Ti inspection reveals that the damage is due to one of the causes mentioned in the following paragraphs, no replacement will be accepted and the defective item will be returned to the owner at the owner's expense.
1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, storage, accident, neglect, impact or drop, or failure to comply with the information in the warranty.
2. Instructions for use, assembly errors and assembly using incompatible products, improper maintenance, modifications or changes to the product.
3. The warranty does not cover parts that undergo normal wear and tear.
