This document governs all aspects related to the warranty, repair and crash replacement of all "THM" products, meaning those sold directly to consumers or sold to consumers by a THM authorized dealer or sold to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) Each product is branded "THM" and installed on a new bicycle.

Two-year limited warranty
THM products are warranted for 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship.
When THM determines that a product is defective within the scope of this warranty, THM will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the product free of charge. At the time of replacement, if the same original product is not available, it will be replaced with an equivalent product of equal value.
This warranty does not cover:
Products that are used beyond the expected design scope and products without legal date purchase certificates;
Products not purchased through a legitimate THM dealer;
Products whose serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting marks are no longer identifiable;
normal aging, wear and fatigue;
Damage caused by transportation, abuse, misuse, misassembly, improper maintenance, impact, corrosion, accidents, aggressive/corrosive agents, use with incompatible components, improper repair, and any other cause that does not constitute a material or manufacturing defect;
Products that have reached the end of their service life;
refinished/refurbished products;
Products for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, THM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty is valid only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, which is the sole remedy under the warranty.
In addition to the rights granted by this Policy, you may also have other legal rights granted by the consumer laws of the country where the products are sold. If this warranty is inconsistent with any mandatory local law, it shall be deemed modified in accordance with the local law.
This is the only traditional warranty available for the product you purchase. Any additional terms, extensions or implied warranties are expressly excluded.
When a product is repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period, the repaired or replaced product remains covered by the remainder of the original warranty. The warranty will not be renewed or extended and the original product replaced will become the property of THM. Additionally, THM reserves the right to confiscate any counterfeit or unsafe product submitted for warranty inspection.
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or the use of this product will be governed by the laws of the country in which the THM legal entity sells the product to consumers, distributors, resellers or original equipment manufacturers.
Claims procedure
Warranty claims should be made through the legitimate THM dealer who sold the product or through the dealer who sold the complete bicycle originally equipped with the THM product.
THM or its service centers will not accept any warranty claims from end users (other than those who purchased THM products in the THM Online Store) or those who purchased from a dealer other than the original seller of the product.
All products must be sent for inspection with appropriate cleaning (otherwise charges may apply).
End users need to ensure that the dealer forwarding their claim will provide:
1. End user’s name, address, phone number and email (if registered, provided when the product is registered on our website)
2. Original invoice to prove the date and place of purchase (products without proof of purchase will be returned directly to the dealer without inspection)
3. Detailed description of the problems encountered
4. List of products for use with the claimed product

Product service life:
All bicycle products have a limited lifespan.
This is determined by a combination of factors including: typical loads, proper installation, materials and techniques, product design, rider weight and power, care and maintenance, type of use, impact damage. These factors all affect wear and tear. In addition, products are subject to a little-known form of wear called “material fatigue.” This is a gradual separation of the molecular structure, a "micro-break" that eventually becomes large enough to cause failure.
To minimize your riding risk, THM recommends that you inspect your bike regularly for signs of wear. Have all parts of your bike checked regularly by a qualified mechanic for corrosion, wear, cracks, deformation, cosmetic damage and any signs of fatigue.
Any component that wears out, loses structural integrity, or shows any signs of fatigue or damage must be replaced immediately to reduce the possibility of an accident that could cause serious injury.

Weight Limit:
Heavier riders and/or aggressive riding styles will increase stress on the product and shorten its lifespan. THM products are suitable for riders weighing less than 110 kg/240 lbs.
Intended use:
Products are designed only for use as expressly indicated in their description and packaging. Any other use may be hazardous and should be avoided.
