TSUBASA frame--lifetime warranty
The warranty provided by the frame only applies to the original purchaser, who has the lifetime warranty rights.
During the warranty period, if the product you purchased fails under normal use, our company will provide free after-sales service.
(1) Warranty service instructions
The warranty only applies to the original purchaser, and the after-sales service enjoyed by it cannot be transferred, resold or handed over to second-hand purchasers in any other form.
During the warranty period, free warranty repair services will not be provided if malfunction or damage is caused by the following conditions.
1. The surface of the paint (frame, parts) may be corroded or peeled off due to external environmental factors such as sweat, collision, friction, etc., which are not covered by the warranty.
2. When purchasing the product, you did not confirm with the dealer that the product's appearance and functionality are normal.
3. Failure to use and maintain properly in accordance with the instructions for use.
4. Unexpected collision or misuse.
5. Damage caused by natural disasters and force majeure factors.
6. After modification or change of original specifications, or replacement of non-TSUBASA original parts.
7. Failure to properly maintain or replace consumables in a timely manner, resulting in failure or damage to other parts.
